    In line with the Food and Drugs Administration's (FDA) new restriction on the use of coloring in cosmetics, our laboratory has initiated a "NO COLOR" policy effective immediately. Please be aware that color does not affect our perfume product performance.

  • Why is the 55mL size not available?

    Due to changes in product packaging and production processes, the 55mL size is no longer being produced. As a result, the available sizes are now 60mL and 100mL.

  • [Payment] How long do I have to make payment for my unpaid order?

    Upon placing a successful order, you will need to make payment within a specific time limit to complete your order. This time limit depends on your payment method and the store (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok):

    1. For orders placed via debit/credit card, credit card installment, Google Pay or ShopeePay. You have 4-24 hours to complete payment after checkout.

    2. For orders placed via Other Payment Channels: Online Banking, Remittance/Payment Centers, Over-The-Counter. You have to complete the payment within the given deadline after checkout.

    3. Cash on delivery. You have 10 minutes to wait for the payment confirmation.

  • [New Customer] How do I buy multiple products from different sellers in the same order?)

    To purchase products from different sellers in the same order/payment, simply add the products to your cart, selecting the Add to Cart button while browsing so that you can pay for them together during checkout.

    To place your order after adding desired products to the cart, select the shopping cart icon on the App > Select products to purchase on Shopping Cart page > Check Out > Place Order to confirm your purchase.

    Note: Please be reminded that shipping fee is still paid separately from different sellers.

  • [Order Changes] Can I add more products to a paid order?

    You cannot add more products after paying for an order or if the seller has scheduled it for pickup. To add more items, please cancel the previous one and place a new order.

  • [Order Cancellation] Can I cancel my order?

    Depending on the shop (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok), select Cancel Order on the Order Details page > Select Cancellation Reason > CONFIRM to submit.

    Note:

    - If your request is denied or withdrawn, you can't request another one again for the same order.

    - If your request is denied or withdrawn, you can't request another one again for the same order.

  • [Order Cancellation] Why was my order automatically canceled?

    The shop (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok) will automatically cancel your order if:

    -You did not complete payment within the specified time limit after placing your order.

    -The seller did not adhere to the shipping deadline set for their product.

    -The seller has been inactive for more than 7 days.

    -The order is not in compliance with the Policies.

  • [Order Tracking] What should I do if the pickup for my order is unsuccessful?

    If your order pickup was unsuccessful, it will appear in the delivery status on the Order Details page. You can contact the seller directly to check with them on the pickup rearrangement.

    If the seller has not arranged the order for pickup or shipped your order within the stipulated time frame, your order will be automatically canceled by the system. We will then proceed to refund you accordingly if your mode of payment is not COD.

    Make sure to track your order within the (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok) App. The shipping information status might not reflect immediately, kindly wait within 24 - 48 hours for the couriers to update your order status. You can also contact Shopee Supported Logistics

  • [Order Tracking] What should I do if I have not received my order after the Estimated Delivery Date?

    Check the Estimated Delivery Date of your order. There are 3 actions you can take if you haven’t received your order after the Estimated Delivery Date:

    -Raise a refund request

    -Contact the logistics partner

  • [Cancellation] Why can't I cancel an order?

    If suddenly you’ve changed your mind after placing an order, you may wait for your order to arrive or request for return/refund.

    Here are the following reasons why you can’t cancel an order:

    - The parcel has been successfully picked up by the courier

    - You’ve already requested to cancel the same order
